I am a researcher, educator, and speaker working at the intersection of neurodiversity, mental health, and the technologies we increasingly trust to make sense of both.

 

My doctoral research at Syracuse University's iSchool found statistically significant differences in how neurodivergent women express depression and suicidal ideation online — differences that current AI surveillance models miss, with consequences that can be life-or-death.

 

I bring that research, twenty years of cross-sector practice, and a teacher's instinct into rooms full of managers, clinicians, technologists, and organizations who want to do better and aren't sure how. The work I'm most excited about is the workshop, the keynote, the hard conversation that ends with someone realizing the small change they need to make tomorrow morning.

 

I help managers learn to be explicit instead of assuming, peers learn to listen across different kinds of brains, and clinicians and product teams learn to see the people their tools currently overlook.
